Directions
Take 3 capsules 15 minutes before the largest carbohydrate-containing meal of the day. Do not exceed 1 serving per day. Use for 12 weeks, then take 2 weeks off.

Not for people with diabetes or anyone taking blood-sugar-lowering medication (metformin, insulin, sulfonylureas) except under physician supervision; may cause low blood sugar.
Berberine compounds can interact with medications metabolized by CYP3A4 and CYP2D6 or transported by P-glycoprotein, including cyclosporine and some statins. Consult a physician if you take any prescription medication.
