Directions
Mix 1 scoop with 12 to 16 fl oz of cold water and drink 20 to 30 minutes before training. New users: start with ½ scoop to assess tolerance. Do not exceed 1 scoop in any 24-hour period. Do not use within 6 hours of sleep.

Warnings & precautions
Contains 300 mg of caffeine per serving, about the amount in three 8-oz cups of coffee. Do not combine with other sources of caffeine or stimulants.
Beta-alanine may cause a harmless tingling sensation that fades within an hour.
Do not use if you have a heart condition, high blood pressure, anxiety disorder, or take MAOIs, levodopa, thyroid or cholinergic medication. Discontinue use and consult a physician if you experience rapid heartbeat, dizziness, severe headache or shortness of breath.
