Community Guidelines
← Back to HomeLast Updated: July 21, 2026
ROID is a community built around real training, real progress, and real support. These Guidelines apply to everything you do on the Platform — posts, reels, comments, messages, profiles, training programs, and shared AI answers. They work together with our Terms of Service.
1. Be Supportive
- Celebrate effort at every level — everyone starts somewhere
- Give constructive, good-faith feedback; skip the body-shaming and gatekeeping
- Respect that others' goals, bodies, and training styles differ from yours
2. Zero Tolerance for Abuse
The following result in content removal and can result in immediate account termination:
- Harassment, bullying, threats, or intimidation
- Hate speech or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or any protected trait
- Sexual harassment, unwanted advances, or sexualizing other users' content
- Doxxing or sharing someone's private information without consent
3. Keep Content Appropriate
- No nudity or sexually explicit content; fitness photos are welcome, pornography is not
- No graphic violence, gore, or content glorifying self-harm
- No content promoting eating disorders or dangerous extreme dieting
- Keep it authentic: no impersonation, fake accounts, or deceptively manipulated media presented as real
4. No Illegal Substances or Dangerous Advice
- Do not promote, sell, or facilitate the non-prescribed use of anabolic steroids or other controlled or illegal substances. Despite the name, ROID does not condone illegal performance-enhancing drug use
- No sale or promotion of illegal drugs, counterfeit supplements, or prescription medication
- Do not present dangerous health misinformation as fact or discourage people from seeking professional medical care
- Fitness advice should be offered in good faith; do not claim medical credentials you don't have
5. No Spam, Scams, or Manipulation
- No spam, pyramid schemes, fake giveaways, phishing, or deceptive links
- No buying, selling, or artificially inflating likes, follows, or engagement
- No manipulating referrals or credits with fake or duplicate accounts
- Creators must accurately describe their programs and qualifications
6. Respect Intellectual Property
- Only share content you created or have the right to share, including music, images, and program materials
- Copyright complaints are handled per the DMCA section of our Terms of Service
7. Reporting, Blocking, and Enforcement
- Report: use the report option on any post, reel, comment, message, or profile — reports are reviewed and acted on
- Block: block any user to stop them from interacting with you or messaging you
- Enforcement: depending on severity, we may remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, or permanently terminate accounts — immediately and without warning for severe violations
- Appeals: if you believe we made a mistake, email hello@roid.app
We may update these Guidelines as the community grows. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date above.
