Super easy protein. Two chicken breasts with skin on. Generously season. I used salt/pepper/garlic paste/sage/cayenne/paprika. Olive oil. Air fry for 30 min. Check for doneness w thermometer 160F. Slice and top over rice. Added sliced avocado for good fats. #tryingtostayhealthy#healthchoices#easymeals #goals
